Kelproperties has obtained planning consent for a 31-home development on Oatlands Road, Andreas.
The development, which is due to start being built in September, includes eight ‘affordable’ homes.
Phil Ellis, Finance Director at Kelproperties, said: “We’re delighted to have finally obtained planning consent on this brownfield, derelict site after years of trying. It’s great news for the north of the island, providing much needed high-quality family and affordable homes.

Kelproperties sponsored the three winning teams in the second Isle of Man TT 2024 sidecar race.
