From September, King Williams College will offer a blended Sixth Form A-Level pathway alongside its established International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
The school is entering into a collaboration with another independent school, King’s InterHigh, which will enable KWC students to be able to study A-Levels.
Through the collaboration with the UK’s leading global online school, 22 A-Level subjects will be available including some not currently offered elsewhere on the Isle of Man.
Students on the blended A-Level pathway will access the same pastoral provision and co-curricular experience as enjoyed by KWC IB students.
A-Level Offering
Principal Damian Henderson said: “The aim of this ground-breaking initiative – a ‘school within a school’ – is to give choice to our new and existing families by providing a more affordable A-Level Sixth Form pathway for island and international students alike.
“We remain very proud to be an IB World School and firmly committed to providing in-person IB teaching. Introducing this new blended option for A-Levels next to IB will give more students the opportunity to reap the benefits of the KWC Sixth Form experience and our unique boarding offer.”

The first blended cohort is expected to start their journey in September 2026 and applications will be accepted for Year 12 and Year 13 entry.
