The iconic Shore Hotel in Gansey has been up for sale, with an asking price of £3m.
Listed with Plum Properties, the popular destination boasts a bar and restaurant as well as five guest suites, beer garden and car park.
Plum said: “While the current owners have established an efficient operation, there are opportunities for expansion to further enhance revenue generation.
“Plans have already been drawn up to create additional tourist accommodation, allowing for the potential to capitalise on the growing demand for holiday stays in this idyllic location.”
