Organisers of T-Fest are reminding islanders that this is the final chance to secure a spot in the world’s largest (unofficial) T-Rex race.
Taking place on Saturday, August 30, T-Fest promises a full day of family fun, community spirit, and dinosaur-sized entertainment.
The highlight of the festival will see hundreds of people don inflatable T-Rex suits and dash across Peel in an unforgettable spectacle.
The T-Rex adults’ race begins at 2pm, followed by the ever-popular children’s race shortly after.

Festivalgoers can cheer on the ’World Brownie Mile Championships’ sponsored by Roots and enjoy a wide choice of local food and drink stalls, try their hand at family games and activities, and dance into the evening with a special guest set from DJ Trex.
Most importantly, every roar, stomp and sprint will help raise money for two of the island’s most vital causes.
T-Fest forms part of Expedition Limitless 2026, a two-year community fundraising effort aiming to raise £200,000 in support of The Children’s Centre and Rebecca House Children’s Hospice.

By signing up to race, participants aren’t just joining in the fun, they’re helping to make a real difference to children and families in the Isle of Man.
Phil Quirk, organiser of Expedition Limitless and T-Fest, said: “The T-Rex Run was one of the island’s most joyful events last year, and this year is set to be even bigger.
