Tia Lisy scored a late winner for the island’s women’s side to beat FC United of Manchester on Saturday.
Wayne Lisy’s side has won back to back games this summer after beating Preston North End women last weekend.
FC United took the lead in the first half when Emily Walton scored from the spot after nine minutes.
As the home side grew into the game, they equalised in the second half thanks to Sarah Wignall, who also named as player of the match.
With the clock ticking down, Lisy headed home from a corner to secure the win 2-1.
The last two weeks have been an ideal proving ground for the squad as they head to Guernsey next month to defend their Cherry Godfrey Cup title against the hosts, Jersey and the Isle of Wight.
