Former Parish Walk winner Vincent Lynch has appeared in court charged with one count of provoking behaviour.
The 63-year-old from Douglas appeared before magistrates on Thursday.
Prosecutor Peter Connick told the court that a complainant alleges she saw Mr Lynch pressing his face against her window after she had got out of the shower.
The prosecution alleges this was from an exterior bin storage area and described it as a “peeping Tom” case.
No pleas were entered and the case was adjourned until September 26.
