Manx Care has taken the next steps to enhance its translation services thanks to a new with Language Line Solutions.
The initiative brings cutting-edge tools to support communication and inclusivity, including an interpreter on wheels devices at Noble’s Hospital.
Along with the roll out of the Insights App for staff mobile devices throughout Manx Care and a dedicated web portal for seamless interpreter access via laptops and desktops.
Four interpreter on wheels devices were presented to key wards at Noble’s Hospital.
The wards included the Acute Medical Unit, Emergency Department, and Maternity.
