The Isle of Man Post Office has recorded higher profits as it marks five successive years in the black.
The organisation reported a profit of £3.85m for the year ending 31 March 2025, a £1.25m increase on the previous year, with turnover steady at £25.1m.
Its annual report says the improvement was driven by operational efficiencies and actuarial pension adjustments.

Chief Executive Simon Kneen said the year was one of “strong financial performance and strategic progress.”
He added: “We delivered a profit of £3.85m, up £1.25m from the previous year, with turnover steady at £25.1m.”
While letter volumes fell by 11%, e-commerce parcel volumes saw modest growth. The Post Office also advanced its environmental strategy, purchasing 26 electric vehicles.
The retail network is undergoing a significant transition as government agency services like MiCard and vehicle licensing are withdrawn.
Chairman Stu Peters MHK said the Post Office is “refocusing on maintaining and improving access to postal services, a fundamental part of our business”.
