The telecommunications company has said it is aware that some broadband customers are currently experiencing issues.
It says that engineers are investigating.

For those experiencing issues call the Service Team on 624624 option 2 then can log a case for you.
The company says that ideally customers need you to be at home to go through troubleshooting.
