Race organisers of the Manx Grand Prix have confirmed that Andy McAllister has been discharged from hospital.
Northern Irish rider Andy McAllister was involved between Laurel Bank and Glen Helen less than 20 minutes into the session on Monday (August 18).
McAllister was airlifted to Noble’s for assessments on Monday, where he was said to be conscious and talking and was believed to have an arm injury.

Garry Broughton, bike number 35 in the Supertwin/Junior class, came off at Joey’s during the third qualifying session of the MGP on Tuesday (August 19).
Following the incident he was taken via airmed to Noble’s Hospital for further assessment, he was later transferred to Aintree.
Garry’s condition is reported as serious and he continues to be monitored and receive treatment for injuries sustained.
