Nedbank Private Wealth has launched a new networking initiative aimed at early‑career professionals on the Isle of Man.
The series, called NedGen, is designed to bring together emerging leaders in an informal setting, offering a space to build connections without the structure or formality of traditional networking events.
The first gathering, held last week, drew strong attendance and positive feedback from participants.
Karim Chowdhury, Head of Private Banking Isle of Man, said the aim is to create “genuine conversations” and a supportive community for people at similar stages of their careers.
Senior Private Banking Officer Katie Burrows, who helped deliver the launch, described NedGen as a platform to “spark new conversations” and encourage relationships that continue beyond the event itself.
Nedbank says the strong turnout has set the tone for a series that will run throughout the year, with plans to make NedGen a regular fixture for young professionals seeking collaboration and peer support.
