In her new role, Felton will focus on building relationships with businesses, community groups and supporters, helping to grow partnerships that back the charity’s work to protect the island’s natural environment.
Her remit includes developing funding opportunities, coordinating corporate volunteering and supporting events and sponsorship initiatives.
Felton said she was “very proud” to join the organisation, adding that the Isle of Man’s landscapes and wildlife are “incredibly special”.
MWT CEO Graham Makepeace‑Warne welcomed the appointment, saying Felton’s experience and long-standing connections within the business community would help strengthen the partnerships needed to support nature recovery across the island.
