Tynwald has voted for Peel and Glenfaba MHK Kate Lord-Brennan to not be censured.
The chamber voted to ‘receive’ the Standards Committee report but the recommendation that ‘having been found in breach of the Code of Conduct Ms Lord-Brennan be censured by Tynwald’ was rejected after being voted on separately.
Tynwald agreed to vote in parts of receiving the Standards Committee Report, and then the censure of Ms Lord Brennan.
