Police have been dealing with an incident in Douglas overnight.
Palace Road was closed for around two hours.
In an update, a force spokesperson said: “The incident that we have been dealing with on Palace Road has now been brought to a safe resolution. We appreciate the cooperation of the public regarding the disruption caused.”
“There will still be a Police presence in the area throughout the day.”
The road has since re-opened.
