Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision at around 8pm in Douglas last night.
it happened between the bottom of Broadway and its junction with Derby Road in Douglas.
The incident involved a car being driven by a 37 year old man, and a 73 year old male pedestrian.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time, and who may have seen the collision, and would ask them to make contact with Police Headquarters either in person or via 01624 631212.
Officers are also keen to speak to anyone who may have been driving in the area at the time who may have Dash Cam footage from within their vehicle.
Police are asking gf that the public please refrain from speculating as to the causation of this collision whilst investigations continue to be undertaken.
