Police are investigating a fail to stop RTC that occurred at 10:28am on December 6 on Cranstal Road in Bride.
It is believed that an unknown dark blue van caused damage to another vehicle traveling in the opposite direction towards Bride.
Following the collision, the van reportedly left the scene without providing any details.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
