Police have confirmed that a man was found deceased in South Barrule plantation on Sunday.
The force has confirmed that it will not be treating the death as suspicious.
On Sunday (July 19) morning, the emergency services were searching for a high risk missing person.
A Police spokesperson said: “With the help from Civil Defence, the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service, and our partner agencies, a man was found deceased in South Barrule.
“The next of kin and family have been informed and our thoughts are with those affected.”
Police will not be releasing any further information at this time.
