The Western Neighbourhood Policing Team are currently investigating a fail to stop road traffic collision.
Officers say that it took place at 3:30pm Sunday on the Glen Mooar Road, St Johns.
It has been reported that a dark red Ford Fiesta travelling along the Glen Mooar Road, heading from Tynwald Hill towards the Poortown Road; has collided with a black Renault Trafic van travelling in the opposite direction.
This collision caused paintwork damage to the rear panel of the Renault Trafic van. The dark red Ford Fiesta subsequently failed to stop.
Police said: “We would ask for the driver of the Ford Fiesta to make contact with Peel Police Station and quote reference number 97/3036/25.
“If anyone has any information which may assist us, please contact Peel Police Station on 01624 842208 and quote reference number 97/3036/25.”
