Police are asking drivers to take extra care on the roads this morning.
Officers are advising motorists to drive to the conditions especially on untreated roads where there could be ice.
A yellow weather warning for icy patches and wintry showers is in force until midday tomorrow (Tuesday).
Forecasters at Ronaldsway said snow or hail showers will become more frequent and widespread this afternoon.
