Eighteen members of the Isle of Man Pony Club headed to Cheshire at the weekend to compete at in area eventing finals.
Six members in the PC70, nine in the PC80, one in the PC90, two in the PC100 and one in the Chairmans Cup at Kelsall Hill.
Nationals Bound
Sienna Curphey and Polar Star came 2nd in the PC70, while Annabelle Byers and Doire Mhianaigh Glen came 4th in the same section.
Alice Teare and Enbarr Special Star also qualified for the nationals after finished in 2nd place in their PC70 section.
Libby Shimmin and Conrhenny Didgeridoo finished in 5th place in the same section.
PC80 Team
In the PC80 team competition the Isle of Man team’s took 1st and 2nd place.
The team in first place was made up by Hattie Pepper, Eve Steriopulos, Eve Mcgeown and Darcey Sutton.
In 2nd place was another Manx team, which consisted of Sienna Curphey, Breesha Byers, Tayla Griffin and Emilie Katkjaer.
Isle of Man Pony Club member, Ruby Qualtrough, also competed in the PC80 and was put into a mixed team with other members from the north west.
Manx Win
In the individual standings in the PC80 section A4, Manx rider Breesha Byers won her section on a score of 23.1 on Caperann Karl.
Meanwhile, Eve Steriopulos came 3rd, Sienna Curphey in 4th, Ruby Qualtrough in 5th and Hattie Pepper in 6th.
In another section of the PC80, Eve Mcgeown and Cecilia’s Kompany took the top spot on 30.4.
Fellow Manxies, Darcey Sutton and Tayla Griffin came 2nd and 3rd.
Isle of Man Pony Club
Sammie Callister and Brandy’s Touch competed in the PC90 and finished in 8th place.
In the PC100, Isla Caine and Kopper Empress won their section on a score of 30.6.
Fellow Manx rider, Amelia Hotchkiss came in second place on King of Quality.
In the Chairmans Cup, which is also known as the 100+, Issy Ennett and Ballyvadd Sarco won.
