Several members of the Isle of Man Pony Club have qualified for National and Regional Championships later this summer.
Pony Club members made the trip to Cheshire last weekend for the Area 4/5 eventing competition at Kelsall Equestrian Centre and returned with a series of strong results.
The event’s cross‑country course proved a demanding challenge, but the local riders handled the pressure well and produced confident performances throughout.
Among the standout results were section wins for Breesha Byers on Caperann Karl, Darcey Sutton on Greystone Pilgrim, and Amalie Druggan on Tullabrick Bouncer. All three secured their places at the championships.
There were further podium finishes across the team. Sienna Curphey placed second on Little Miss Sunshine and third on Polar Star, while Amelia Hotchkiss took second riding King of Quality. Breesha Byers added a third place with Diore Mhianaigh Glen, and Alice Teare finished fourth on Enbarr Special Star.
The club said it was proud of every rider who took part, noting the experience gained and the determination shown across the weekend.
All qualifying members will now prepare for the championships later this summer.
