Isle of Man Post Office is inviting residents aged 16 and over and businesses to take part in its 2026 Customer Survey.
The survey, independently conducted by Island Global Research, runs until January 18.
It aims to gather feedback on postal services, customer needs, and community priorities to help IOMPO deliver dependable, sustainable services that benefit the Manx economy.
Hear From Everyone
Simon Kneen, IOMPO Chief Executive Officer, said: “We want to hear from everyone, regardless of how little or often customers use our services.
“The feedback helps us to understand what matters most to our customers and ensure our future plans meets the needs of the whole island community.
“I encourage everyone to take part and share their views, so together we can continue to build a service that is sustainable, dependable, and truly reflects the needs of our island.”

Everyone who completes the survey can enter a draw to win one of two £100 vouchers, with several retailers to choose from.
