The Proclaimers are making a whistle stop visit to the island next year with their highly anticipated 13th studio album.
On June 21, 2026 at the Villa Marina, Craig and Charlie Reid will grace the Manx stage, promising an unforgettable show.
Known for their unique blend of pop, folk, punk, and new wave, Craig and Charlie will perform all their classic hits, including “I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles)”, “Sunshine on Leith”, and “Letter from America”, alongside tracks from their forthcoming album.
Proclaimers Are Back
With a legacy spanning over three decades and inspiring a hit musical and film, The Proclaimers’ live shows are celebrated for their energy, passion, and big-hearted, uncynical songs.
On BBC Radio 4’s Desert Island discs, David Tennant describes his first track by The Proclaimers – “I could have chosen any and every track from this band, probably my favourite band of all time. They write the most spectacular songs, big hearted, uncynical passionate songs.”
Earlier this year after Coldplay had performed Sunshine on Leith on the BBC’s The Piano Room, Chris Martin said: “There is a whole other world of music behind that song that I’ve just been discovering, and they’re a wonderful, wonderful band. Now we live in the age of coolness doesn’t mean anything, just quality and soul. The Proclaimers make more sense than ever.”
Tickets will go on sale this Friday at 10am via villagaiety.com, in person at the Villa Marina or Welcome Centre or by calling 600555.
