One of Peel’s iconic pubs has had its asking price slashed by a quarter after year after it was listed for sale.
The Marine, on Shore Road, includes the restaurant business and comes with six apartments
When the building was originally listed by Cowley Groves in July 2023 it was available for £1,250,000.
In a post this week, the estate agent said the new asking price was £899,950.
It said: “This is a fantastic property, not only from the pub/restaurant side, but with the accommodation above… the investment opportunities are numerous!”
The pub and business has been run by the Faragher family since 1919.
It is not the only pub currently for sale on the island, with the Albert in Douglas and Viking in Castletown also up for grabs.
