The owner of Quids Inn say the bar will not be opening on Tuesdays for at least the next few weeks.
Andy Saunders updated customers to the change, which he said will be reviewed in December.
He said: “We have taken the difficult decision to save costs by closing on Tuesdays for a short period.
“It’s never a happy decision to cut hours in a venue, especially one like ours that some people rely on, but hopefully this will be a short term decision while this most difficult of periods passes.
“This also allows us to focus our staff on the events evenings we have on five nights a week, bringing you the best of Manx Musical talent and fun as often as possible.”
Quids will still open as normal the rest of the week.
