Last night (July 15) 1st Ramsey Cub Scouts ventured to Government House to meet Lieutenant Governor Sir John Lorimer and Lady Lorimer.
Government House says His Excellency was delighted to show the group a particular photograph, which is displayed in the hall, of some important figures in the scout movement.
Taken outside Government House in 1911, the photograph includes the Founder of the Scouts Association, Lord Baden-Powell, standing next to the Lieutenant Governor at that time, Lord Raglan.
After a quiz, the Pack were able to explore some the garden before heading back to Ramsey.
