FC Isle of Man are back on the road again this weekend as Paul Jones’ side head to Merseyside.
With the club’s board promising a review after 13 games of the season, there is an added edge to the travelling Manx side.
While last weekend’s 3-2 win over Charnock Richard appeared to have turned a page for the Ravens, that came apart in 11 second half minutes in midweek as they lost 5-1 away at AFC Liverpool.
Going into the game, the Ravens have also announced a new signing in Ethan Martin-Edge.
A former Castletown player and Castle Rushen High School student, he is now part of the Steven Gerrard Academy in Liverpool.
Pilkington, 10th in the NWCFL Premier Division, have won three of their last six but, not unlike the Ravens, have a habit of shipping goals this year.
Saturday’s game kicks off at 3pm.
