FC Isle of Man are (finally) back on home soil this weekend as they welcome Ramsbottom United to the Bowl.
Paul Jones’ side beat the NWCFL Premier Division league leaders 1-2 back in September with goals from Tom Creer and Luke Booth.
That win came near the start of a run that has seen the Ravens lose just one in nine, a run that has taken them up into the top five.
Key to this run has been the form of some players who could have been considered on the fringes of the squad and Ste Whitley scoring six in five games.
The run has also seen the Ravens tighten up at the back, with Adam Killey and his defence proving tough to break through.
As for Ramsbottom, they have won five and drawn one of their last six and are also the league’s highest scorers.
Some games just have a feeling about them and this has all the ingredients of a smashing night at the bowl.
