On-call firefighter recruits from Rushen, Ramsey, Peel, and Castletown stations have reached the final phase of their training programme.
That final phase sees them undertake live fire exercises nine months after beginning their training.
Th eFire and Rescue Service said: “All of our on-call firefighter training is proudly delivered right here on the Island by our own skilled instructors.”
Praising the recruits’ dedication, the service added: “A huge well done to each recruit for their hard work and commitment so far — you’re nearly there!”
