The Isle of Man Constabulary are looking for any witnesses to a report of poor driving on the Mountain Road on Saturday (July 20).
The vehicle reported was heading from Douglas towards Ramsey around 3pm on Saturday, July 20.
A black VW was overtaking in fog and narrowly avoiding a collision with a vehicle as it was turning into Slegaby Lane.
