A former restaurant in Ramsey could be converted into four flats.
Harbour View Bistro on East Quay in Ramsey closed last year.
The application says that the owner can’t find a suitable tenant to take it on as a restaurant business which it has been for over 20 years.
It adds that when the owner recently retired, a tenant took the business on, but it closed down over six months ago due to not being able to make it financially viable.
If approved, the building would house two one-bed flats and two two-bed flats across two floors.
