Edgewater Associates Limited has announced that its Managing Director, Richard Taylor, will retire later this year following a distinguished career spanning over three decades.
Under his leadership, Edgewater strengthened its market position and client trust.
Reflecting on his tenure, Richard said: “my proudest achievement is enhancing the skills and capabilities of the current staff.”
He said he also championed a people-first approach, adding: “Giving everyone a voice, maximising the potential of existing staff, and recruiting quality people with shared values has been key to our ongoing success.”
