The main access road to Noble’s Hospital is closed after a vehicle fire.
Police announced the closure, saying there is “no risk to the public”.
A post said: “Traffic is being diverted so, please avoid the area at this time.”
Manx Care added: “No one was harmed in the incident, which has now been safely resolved.
“The front entrance to the hospital remains closed at this time, and a one-way system for vehicles has been put in place. Patients and visitors can continue to access the hospital via the Emergency Department entrance, or via the doors by the Diabetes Centre/MEDS.”
The main road and roundabout through from Strang to Braddan is still open and the hospital can be accessed via the other entrance by A&E.
