After the roaring success of last year’s record-breaking dinosaur dash, the T-Rex Thunder Run is back, rebranded this year as T-Fest.
On August 30, hundreds of dinosaurs will dash across Peel in what is set to be the world’s largest (unofficial) T-Rex race.
Alongside the main event, there’ll be the Isle of Man Wheelie Championships, food vendors, stalls, games, and a special guest set from DJ Trex.
T-Fest
T-Fest forms part of Expedition Limitless, which is an ongoing effort running through to 2026, and isa two-year community fundraising effort aiming to raise £200,000 in support of The Children’s Centre and Rebecca House Children’s Hospice.
This builds on the incredible momentum of Expedition Limitless 2024, which raised £111,054 for Manx Mencap.
From canoe hauls and gala dinners to last year’s unforgettable T-Rex Thunder Run in Douglas, the team’s creativity and dedication helped shine a light on learning disability support and rallied support from over 48 local businesses and thousands of islanders.
Entries open Monday (June 16) and details will be posted on the Expedition Limitless social media channels.
