Government House welcomes youngsters from the 2nd Onchan Scout Group this week.
His Excellency Sir John Lorimer and Lady Lorimer welcomed the Manannan and Snaefell Cub Scout Packs to the property.
Government House said: “The Cubs were incredibly engaged throughout the visit, answering and asking many questions whilst His Excellency gave a tour of the house.
“We were particularly impressed with their knowledge when questions were answered correctly about the first King who was Lord of Mann and a painting we have on display from the Manx Museum.”
The visit was all the more special for three of the Cubs from the Manannan Pack as they were formally invested after learning their law and promise.
