Search For NHS Dentist Continues

Manx Care is still trying to procure a new NHS dental service for the north of the island following Grove Mounts exit from its NHS contract.

Earlier this year, Grove Mount Dental Practice in Ramsey notified Manx Care of it’s intention to return their NHS dental contract.

As a result, it ceased providing NHS dental services to patients registered at the practice as of March 31.

Manx Care says that until a new provider is procured, any patient currently registered with Grove Mount Dental Practice who needs emergency dental care in the meantime can contact the Community Dental Service.

The service can be contacted on (+44 1624) 642785 from 8:30am until 4:30pm Monday to Thursday or 8:30am to 4pm on Fridays for emergency dental assistance. 

If you have a dental emergency over the weekend or bank holiday you can access the Emergency Dental Clinic between the hours of 9am – 11am.
