A leisure facility in the centre of Douglas has once again proved a big hit with locals and visitors.
Douglas City Council is thanking the public for their continued support and positive feedback about the Noble’s Park Splash Park, which was extremely popular and remained busy right through until the start of last month.
Open daily from 23rd May to 1st October, the seasonal family attraction has now closed for winter. During this time, the local authority’s Parks Team will carry out regular operational and safety work.
Councillor Natalie Byron-Teare, Chair of the Regeneration and Community Committee, said: “It’s been fantastic to see so many people enjoying the Splash Park again this year.
“We’ve listened to feedback about timings and our team noticed great use right through September, so it’s clear that keeping it open a little later in the year works well for families when the weather’s still warm.
“Thank you to everyone who’s taken the time to share their thoughts. We’ll keep listening and adapting to make sure the park continues to meet the needs of our community.
“We’re already looking forward to welcoming everyone back for another fun-filled season in 2026.”
