Manx Wildlife Trust has thanked staff at Utmost International for their work in improving a wildlife reserve.
Staff from the firm, which sponsors the Onchan Community Wetlands Reserve, carried out a range of tasks to improve the area.
The charity said: “Utmost International sponsored the reserve last year and have been coming along to monthly volunteering sessions to help work on the wetlands.
“Together we’ve removed invasive plant species, cut back overgrown vegetation and also improved footpaths and the boardwalk.”
Utmost’s work goes alongside the hard work of a local community group who also work on the reserve at weekends. Together we hope to make the site more welcoming for both wildlife and people.”
