Isle of Man Steam Packet Company has announced the cancellation of six sailings, with ten further crossings said to be at risk as adverse weather hits the island this weekend.
The Ben-My-Chree returned to Douglas from Heysham earlier this morning, but won’t sail again until this evening at the earliest.
The Manannan has had all sailings cancelled until tomorrow (October 24), when the situation will be reviewed.
The scheduled voyage from Douglas to Heysham for this evening and its return sailing to the island are currently set to go ahead as planned, but all further crossings over the course of the weekend are currently at risk of cancellation.
The next scheduled weekend sailing currently unaffected is the Sunday night (October 25) departure from Douglas to Heysham.
