The Pony Club’s Spring One Day Event drew a big turnout at Andreas Airfield on Sunday, with riders taking on dressage, showjumping and cross‑country.
Despite many regular competitors being off‑island, entries were strong and the day ran smoothly with no incidents for the First Aid team.
New faces were out in force and several riders stepped up a level with confident rounds across all three phases.

The Club thanked the Morrey family of Ballacorey Equestrian for use of the venue, along with sponsors, judges, scorers, course builders and the many volunteers who supported the event, including Ant Rogan and the prison work party.
The next competition is the Hunter Trial on Saturday, May 16, open to non‑members, and counting towards both the Pony Club Challenge and the Manx Horse Council League.
