The students of the Buchan School have raised £638 for Mannin Cancers Support Group.
They welcomed Alex Toohey from Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management on Friday to accept a cheque on its behalf.
Raised by the Buchan pupils during their annual triathlon event, which Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management kindly sponsored, the cheque was presented by Buchan Headteacher, Billingsley-Evans, and some of the Prefects and Sports Captains who participated in the event.
The school said: “A huge thank you to everyone who helped support such a worthy cause!”
