Sure is launching a Home Visit service to help customers in the comfort of their homes with any broadband or Wi-Fi issues they may be experiencing.
The aim of the Home Visit service is to ensure digital inclusion and accessible support for all Manx residents.
Heading up the new Home Visit Team are Sure Community Fibre Sales Support Officers, Pixi Evans and Vickie Edwin-Reed.

The bookable service is available for anyone who is unable to attend Sure’s Douglas shop or would simply prefer a consultation at home.
The team can visit them at home and take a look at any digital devices they may have questions or issues with, as well as advise on the best value products and services Sure has to offer.
Mike Fawkner-Corbett, Head of Consumer at Sure, said: “The Home Visit team is about helping our community stay connected to what matters.
“Everyone deserves to benefit from technology, which plays an important role in keeping people connected, we recognise it’s not always practical or possible to get to the Strand Street store when an issue with your home tech arises. We can now offer the same level of service customers receive in store, in their homes.”
Sure customers can arrange a home visit with the team by calling 07624 247247 or emailing iomfibre@sure.com.
