A temporary children’s zone has opened in the departure lounge at Ronaldsway Airport.
The new area has been introduced as part of a wider review of options for the departure lounge, aimed at improving the experience for families travelling through the airport.
The temporary space allows children to play and relax ahead of departure, while longer term plans are explored.
Kids’ Zone
The potential for a permanent children’s area to be developed in the same location is being considered, building on feedback from passengers and the initial use of the temporary zone.
The airport has also invited interest from businesses, charities and organisations that may wish to partner on future family-friendly projects.
