The Department for Infrastructure has set a temporary speed limit of 30mph on Richmond Hill.
The 30mph speed limit has been temporarily extended from the B&Q roundabout to just past the Home of Rest for Old Horses on the southbound carriageway.
The speed limit is to facilitate emergency repairs to power cables, with work expected to last until Friday (November 15).
