Tim Sayers is completing his final overseas tour for Isle of Man Creamery, promoting its award‑winning cheeses in the United States.
His departure this week ends a decade of service championing Manx produce abroad.
Tim has spent the week visiting Publix stores across the Miami area, showcasing the Creamery’s Mature Cheddar, St Patrick’s Isle, and meeting customers as part of the organisation’s ongoing export‑market support.
These in‑store visits are described as a vital part of the Creamery’s strategy, helping strengthen relationships with retailers, gather customer feedback and identify new opportunities for growth.
Thanks, Tim!
The trip also doubles as a farewell tour. After 10 years with Isle of Man Creamery, Tim is set to leave the business next week as he relocates back to his hometown in the UK.
During his decade of service, he has played a key role in championing Manx produce internationally and expanding the reach of the Island’s dairy products.
In a statement, the Creamery thanked him for “amazing work spreading the word of Manx food all over the world” and wished him every success for the future.
