Tree trimming is to be undertaken in Port E Chee Avenue and High View Road in Douglas from next week.
It is planned to start with Port E Chee Avenue on Monday (15 April) followed by High View Road. Work will be completed on or before 10 May.
During working hours (between 9am to 4.30pm on weekdays) the carriageway will be closed to through traffic. The work will be done incrementally, with parking suspended in the immediate area of works. Areas affected on each day will be clearly marked. Pedestrians will be afforded passage through the work areas.
The contractor undertaking these works will notify affected householders by letter before works start.
