Garff Commissioners say about a dozen tyres have been dumped at the side of the road at Bulgham Corner.
The tyres have been removed by the commissioners, which will attract a disposal charge for ratepayers.
The authority said that some of the tyres were brand new and Ramsey Police have been notified.
It added: “Anyone with any information please contact Ramsey Police on 812234 or the Commissioners on 861241.
