A thumping win last time out saw Vagas win 62-8 at Ballafletcher.
When the sides met back in December, Vagas beat Aldwinian 10-0 in difficult conditions as Freya Crowe touched down twice.
Having experienced a 50/50 season so far with five wins and five defeats, Vagas will be looking to tilt that record in their favour and secure a win on Saturday afternoon.
