A block of toilets in Castletown have been targeted by vandals again.
Commissioners have been forced to lock the toilets during out of hours.
A temporary closure was in place last week after the doors to the women’s cubicles were damaged.
The toilets were forced to close again over the weekend after toilet paper was set alight and drains blocked.
