It will be mainly dry and largely cloudy today with a slowly strengthening easterly wind.
That strong wind will bring with it the risk of some coastal overtopping.
The areas likely to be affected are Douglas promenade, Laxey and Ramsey promenades, western part of Shore Road (Rushen), and to a lesser extent Castletown promenade.
That yellow warning will be in place from 9:45am until 2am tomorrow.
With continuing fresh or strong E-SE winds expected on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, combining with fairly large high tides, further warnings are likely to be issued for some coastal overtopping in the same areas.
